Be sure to renew your membership dues for 2024 to receive the member rate. No refunds will be given for renewing membership after conference registration has been completed.
Non-member residents who wish to apply for Candidate Membership and receive the Candidate Member rate must submit an application accompanied by a letter from their Program Director which includes their program beginning and end dates. ASCRS offers a sliding-scale registration fee schedule for attendees residing in many countries outside the USA, Canada, Western Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Prior to April 1, 2024: A full refund less a $75 fee will be given for registration cancellations and registration type changes (in-person to on-demand and vice versa) if the request is received in writing to ASCRSregistration@discoversb.com.
Prior to May 1, 2024: A 50% refund less a $75 fee will be given for registration cancellations and registration type changes (in-person to on-demand and vice versa) if the request is received in writing to ASCRSregistration@discoversb.com.
After May 1, 2024: Refunds will not be granted after May 1, 2024, and will not be given for no-shows.
