Purpose/Background: This is a video abstract demonstrating a robotic intracorporeal fully stapled Kono-S anastomosis in a patient with Crohn's disease.

Methods/Interventions: This video was recorded intraoperatively. Afterwards, the video was edited and the commentary was added using a video editing software.

Results/Outcomes: The patient in this video was discharged on post-operative day 3 according to ERAS principles, and has had no complications or recurrence at the time of submission.

Conclusion/Discussion: Classically the Kono-S has been done as an open handsewn anastomosis for patients requiring ileocolic resection due to Crohn's disease. In this video, we demonstrate an alternative approach using the robotic platform.
