This symposium will delve into the important but often overlooked transition into mid-career and discuss how to prepare for leadership positions that augment one's career goals. Participants will learn practical perspectives on how to find a mid-career job that complements their interests, and how to pivot when one's needs and interests shift at mid-career.

Identify an improved understanding of what defines entry into "mid-career.".
Prepare for leadership positions that augment mid-career goals.
