Abhineet Uppal is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Colon & Rectal Surgery at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. His clinical interests are in the surgical management of colorectal cancer, including peritoneal metastases. His research interests include the integration of genomics, radiology and machine learning to improve multi-disciplinary decision-making for patients with advanced disease. He also serves on the ASCRS Video Education Committee and on national committees focused on the treatment of peritoneal metastases.
