My primary interest is compamssionate creativity which is introducing novel designs or services that are a win-win for everyone.

I have introduced EXPERTS proceudre to make patients, surgeons, anaesthetists and assistants' lives a lot easier by simply using the right plane of surgery!

I have introduced PCCN " Patients' Contribution to Case Notes" to make patients genuinley involved in their care and reduce complaints and increase satisfaction

I have recently applied for a grant application with MRC-UK for a novel pelvic retractor design in colorectal surgery which would hopefully make pelvic dissection more straightforward in laparoscopic/robotic surgery
