Takuto Yoshida, MD, MPH

My name is Dr. Takuto Yoshida, MD, MPH and a current research fellow at Surgical Artificial Intelligence Research Academy of Universtiy Health Network in Toronto, Canada. Originally I worked as a MIS Surgeon in surgical oncology in Japan. I completed my medical studies at Hokkaido University and my surgical residency at St Luke’s International Hospital (Tokyo) and Hokkaido University (Hokkaido). In 2023, I completed a MPH from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. My interests focus on the application of computer vision to colorectal surgery with the goal of reducing complications and enhancing surgical education.
