Colorectal Surgery Fellow
NYU Langone Health, Department of Surgery
New York, NY, United States
I am a colorectal surgery fellow at NYU. I was born and raised in Turkey. After completing a postdoctoral research fellowship at Cleveland Clinic Department of Colorectal Surgery, I moved to New York and completed my surgical training at NYU- Brooklyn. My research helped me understand the importance of quality of life in patients with colorectal diseases and the impact of the different surgical approaches and modalities on patient outcomes. I am excited to start working as a colorectal surgeron who treats a variety of colorectal conditions using different surgical modalities while continuing to contribute to surgical education and research.
