Maxwell Otto attended University of North Dakota for medical school and graduated from there in 2018. He completed his general surgery training at Spectrum Health Grand Rapids. He is currently a Colon and Rectal surgery fellow at St Mark's Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. He has accepted a position with Sanford Health in Bismarck, North Dakota following completion of his fellowship.
