Dr. Jeremy Chang is a PGY4 General Surgery Resident at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics currently finishing his second year of research the Weigel Lab and the Kenny Lab. He completed his undergraduate and masters education at the University of Pennsylvania and obtained his MD degree from the University of Tenneessee Health Science Center. He is working on investigating transcriptional mechanisms of stem cell maintenance in breast cancer and metastasis in melanoma. He is interested in pursing fellowship in Surgical Oncology or Colorectal Surgery.
