Janhavi Patel is a second year general surgery resident at McMaster University. She previously completed a Bachelor in medical sciences from Western University and Medical school from Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine at McMaster. She is interested in epidemiological research within general surgery especially looking into frailty, racial and gender disparities as well as inequities.
