Mukta Krane, MD - Associate Professor and Section Chief of Colon and Rectal Surgery, University of Washington Medicine.

Dr. Mukta Krane attended college at the University of Pennsylvania and then earned her medical degree at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York. She went on to Residency in General Surgery at the University of Chicago during which she completed a Research Fellowship in the Departments of Surgery. She completed a Colon and Rectal Surgery Fellowship at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington, Massachusetts and then returned to the University of Chicago to join the faculty in the Department of Surgery. She is current an Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery, Medical Director of the Surgical Specialties Clinic, and the Section Chief of Colorectal Surgery at the University of Washington.
