Dr. Alexander Xu is a chief general surgery resident at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Tufts University School of Medicine after completing his Bachelor of Science in biomedical engineering at Washington University in St. Louis. After completing residency this year, Dr. Xu will continue his training with fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
