Vanessa Baratta is a current colorectal surgery fellow at the Lahey Clinic and a former Yale General Surgery resident. Her specific interests include robotic surgery, surgical simulation education, and inflammatory bowel disease. She is looking forward to joining the Colorectal Surgeons of Greater Hartford next year. Her father, a gastroenterologist, inspired her passion for the gut at a young age.
