Jennifer Miller-Ocuin, MD is a Colorectal Surgeon in the Division of Colon and Rectal Surgery at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center and Assistant Professor of Surgery at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
Dr. Miller-Ocuin completed her medical training at the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine with Alpha Omega Alpha and Gold Humanism Honors. She completed her general surgery residency at Wake Forest School of Medicine in North Carolina. She then completed her Colorectal Surgery Residency at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center. She also completed a translational research fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh during which she received several national awards and completed a Certificate Degree in Clinical Research.
Dr. Miller-Ocuin’s academic and clinical interests include inflammatory bowel disease, ileal pouches including continent ileostomy, reoperative surgery, and colorectal cancer. She has served on the leadership committee for the Colorectal Virtual Education Series (www.crsvirtualed.org). Dr. Miller-Ocuin is an active member of the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons, Association of Women Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, and other societies.
