Alricka Jackson, M.D. is a fourth-year general surgery resident at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital. She is originally from Fayetteville, Georgia, and attended medical school at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. Dr. Jackson is an active member of the Jackson Memorial chapter of the Committee of Interns and Residents (CIR), and takes pride in mentoring underrepresented minority medical students and residents. In her free time, she enjoys attending boxing classes, going to the beach, and spending time with her family, friends, and cat Ivy.
