Stevie-Jay Stapler MD, is a colorectal surgery fellow at the University of Alabama - Birmingham. She is one of four current fellows leading the Colorectal Surgery Virtual Education (CRSVE) team and will stay on as a CRSVE board member at the end of this academic year. She completed her general surgery training at Trinity Health - Ann Arbor and will return post-fellowship as a member of the IHA Colorectal Surgery family. Her interests include surgical education, video production, and using technology and video based education to bridge gaps in surgical training.
