Dr. Yuchen You, a skilled and dedicated general surgery resident from Community Memoiral Hospital in Ventura, California, is driven by a passion for patient-centered care, innovation, and continuous learning. Graduating with a Bachelor's in Biology from the University of California, Riverside in 2012, Dr. You demonstrated his commitment to education as a Biology Tutor at Wyzant and later as an Anatomy Lab Facilitator at Western University.

After earning his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Western University in 2019, Dr. You embarked on his residency at Community Memorial Hospital in Ventura. As a General Surgery Resident, he has excelled in various surgical procedures, wound care, and patient management, showcasing his commitment to excellence and patient well-being.

Dr. You's dedication extends beyond clinical practice to community health. He served as a mentor for the Pomona Health Care Ladder and as a Clinical Coordinator for the Asian American Health Professions Student Association, contributing to health equity for Asian American communities.

In addition to his clinical and community contributions, Dr. You has actively engaged in research, presenting at conferences and publishing articles in reputable journals. Certified in ATLS, ACLS, BLS, and DEA, he is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, emphasizing his commitment to effective communication and cultural competence in healthcare.
