Sammi attended Randolph-Macon College in Richmond, Virginia for her undergraduate years where she double majored in biochemistry and behavioral neuroscience. She obtained her medical degree at Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Lynchburg, Virginia. Her research interests include preventive care, as well as, quality and outcomes research.
